What is coaching?

A one-on-one session where a coach and a learner identify an issue or problem  and work to an agreed solution.  



  • Allows a manager to confidentially discuss issues they are facing.

  • Focuses on the development needs that are specific to the manager.

  • Helps to identify and solve problems facing a manager.

  • Ensures solutions are practical and relevant.

Our Approach

  • Each session is organised around our Coach2Grow structure.

  • We work hard to insure a good match between the learner and our coach. 

  • Coaching ends when both the coach and the learner decide that no further coaching is required.
